I’ve done it and it did wonders off my belly. Somehow along the way when I often went to Divisoria to buy some stuff that both my hands were loaded heavy, I started to eat rice primarily because of the energy I needed. With the heavy load I was sure I would be able to melt it away by using my metabolism.
As good habits needed time for it to develop, sadly, bad habits develop faster. Not that eating rice is a bad habit but it was countering my better habit to avoid it. Now I’m bigger and heavier.
