Restarting A No-Rice Diet

I’ve done it and it did wonders off my belly. Somehow along the way when I often went to Divisoria to buy some stuff that both my hands were loaded heavy, I started to eat rice primarily because of the energy I needed. With the heavy load I was sure I would be able to melt it away by using my metabolism.

 

As good habits needed time for it to develop, sadly, bad habits develop faster. Not that eating rice is a bad habit but it was countering my better habit to avoid it. Now I’m bigger and heavier. :( Continue reading

Habits To Form

As I have mentioned in my welcome message, I created this blog to aide myself in forming good habits so that I can successfully bid goodbye to the bad ones. What good habits would I like to form? Just thinking about it is drowning my thoughts. Which one should I do first? This is one area in my life which should not be included in my multitasking habits. I should not even form more than one habit at a time (but maybe I can handle two). I should be focused so that I can be successful. I have already set myself to that idea. What to form first is what I’m trying to answer now, hence, I thought to list them here then I’ll just get back to the list when I’m ready for the next. The list is not according to priority but according to what pops out from my mind. The list will grow as I think of more. I think I should have a daily checklist. Continue reading
